5/4/16- Tray Gregory - Great service! Very professional! Took less than 15
minutes to service the lock on my truck and the lock on my toolbox! The only locksmith I
could find with the right tools to get the job done. |
10/9/15- Robert Skrobot - Got 2 switchblade style keys for my car online and
needed them cut. Took to Home Depot and Ace Hardware, HD completely messed one up.
Ace couldn't cut it due to its size and recommended this locksmith. I arrived when they were
available and walked out a short time later with a perfectly cut key. They were very courteous
and helpful, I would definitely use them again. |
4/13/15 - Bob Rugg - We have nothing but praise
for the great work done by 23 1/2 Hour Locksmith. Their
inventive creativity solved a lock problem on an educational
Historic Trunk for the Sons of the American Revolution.
Thank you, Doug and everyone else....Super job! |
7/29/14 - Gary Jackson - I needed a spare key
for a Polaris Ranger. Had to get a blank from Polaris but they did
not cut the key. Went to several hardware places and was finally
referred to 23 1/2 Locksmith. I walked in at the hour they told me
they would be in the store and walked out in minutes with a key that
works. I found them to be friendly, honest and professional. I would
certainly use them again. |
4/26/13 - Hunter, Canton - This is a
shout out for Doug, who came up with a lock for the console of
my new truck. Most vehicles do not have a lock on glove
compartment or consoles anymore. It is a good defense
against theft of special items stolen if someone gets past a
locked door. No, a person can not necessarily carry a
weapon into a building nor does he want to sometimes. The
dealership did not have an after sales market for this.
They offered an under-the-seat lock box that I would have to
step out of the truck and bend down to access. Really
convenient! (Not.) Based on the answers I got when I
was looking for a new truck, it appears that dealerships are not
interested in the reasons for an accessible locked compartment.
I appreciate your being so helpful, Doug, and creative too. |
4/23/13 - Danny Cole - Acworth, GA. I called
them to come out and repair a dead bolt lock, They showed up
quickly and repaired the lock. the tech was very courteous,
dressed professional, and priced accordingly. Thanks guys will
use you every time. |
6/9/09 - ROKKITT Strength Training, Canton, GA.
The most frustrating thing is for me to lock my keys in my
truck. I hate it. The next frustrating thing is to mistakenly
get a 1-800 security company to send a "sub-contractor-someone"
in an UNMARKED CAR out to you on the idea that they will unlock
your truck for $80 as they said on the phone. Then the
"sub-contractor-someone" (with a silly badge on) cannot open
your truck for 45 minutes...then they charge you a total of
$130... Here's the new deal: I locked my keys in my truck
again recently and I dreaded calling a locksmith....until I
called this 23 1/2 company...They were on the scene in 15
minutes. This man named Zack (without a badge on...the company
TOLD ME WHO was coming!!!!) gets out of his MARKED CAR and
unlocks my truck in 10 SECONDS....then charges me $75, which is
EXACTLY what they told me they would charge me on the phone. No
catches. No run-arounds. Honest, polite, and then I had them
make me an extra computer key for my truck at a SUPER
PRICE.....These guys are the real deal. I have spread the word
to all my friends and family....and I would not sit here and
write this much if I didn't care about the service. Use them.
Say NO to 1-800 numbers. Log the 23 1/2 locksmith number into
your cell phone. I did. |
2/18/09 - Wesley Milam. Nice site guys, Tony's
really keeping his van clean. Glad to see 23 1/2 on the net! |
2/18/09 - Dr Entertain, Marietta. Thanks to you all. I bought a 1991
work van on e-bay and 2 door locks didn't work. Tony at Lock 23 1/2
even had a needed new lock cylinder in stock in his truck and got
me fixed up right away. Now I can lock and unlock my doors with one
key when at a gig and not worry about what'll happen. |
